TCT carbide blades give high throughput on steel, stainless and aluminium tube/profile. Cermet blades give a superior surface finish and longer life — preferred for thin-walled cuts and visible surfaces. We match the choice to your material and section size.
For high-strength steel up to 1850 N/mm², thick-walled tube and solid bar we recommend Kampmann PVD-coated carbide blades (EASYCAT S and STARBLADE). MULTICAT KCS suits versatile cutting, and the solid-carbide ROYAL TC suits thin-walled profiles.
For aluminium profile and sheet we supply carbide- and PCD-tipped tools that deliver burr-free, high surface-quality cuts. We select tooth count and geometry for your section and feed rate.
