The ROYAL TC is a solid-carbide blade; on thin-walled tube and profile it delivers burr-free, precise cutting with high tooth strength and sharpness. On thin sections it gives a cleaner result than tipped blades.
In tipped (TCT) blades carbide tips are brazed to a steel body; a solid-carbide blade is entirely carbide. Solid carbide gives sharper, more precise cutting on very thin walls and small diameters, while TCT is economical on larger sections.
