Two factors decide efficiency in tube and profile cutting: a blade geometry matched to the material, and a cutting machine sized to the job. Carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium each call for a different tooth design, coating and cutting speed.
For high-strength steel and thick-walled tube we offer Kampmann PVD-coated carbide blades (EASYCAT S, STARBLADE); the solid-carbide ROYAL TC for thin-walled profiles; and cermet blades for superior surface finish. On the machine side, Torsel automatic circular saw machines are available in a range of capacities.
