Complete cutting-tool configurations for 80–120 m/min high-speed lines
For high-speed SPC and laminate flooring lines we plan the diamond/PCD tooling configuration of every station — profiling, click-profiling, scraping, chamfer, finishing and pre-cutting — for both the long and short side. We provide the right tool sequence for Unilin (Uniclic), Välinge (5G-i), 14F-lock and multilayer solid-wood lines. Only a well-considered diamond-tool configuration unlocks the full processing capability of your machine.

Unilin (Uniclic) SPC Line
Long- and short-side processing scheme for the Unilin/Uniclic click profile (max. 80 m/min, 6 spindles, 4.0 mm product thickness).
Välinge (5G-i) SPC Line
Long- and short-side processing scheme for the Välinge 5G-i click profile (high-speed SPC line).
