Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), Yıldız Takım Teknolojileri, as data controller, processes your personal data within the framework described below.

2. Personal Data We Process
When you fill in our quote/contact form, we process only the identity and contact details you provide: full name, company name, email address, phone number, and the product/request details in your message.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed to respond to your quote and information requests, to conduct commercial communication regarding our products and services, and to carry out pre-contract discussions and after-sales technical support.
4. Legal Bases
Your data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the bases of: direct connection to the conclusion or performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and the explicit consent you give when submitting the form.
5. Data Transfers
Your data is shared only with our hosting and email infrastructure providers as necessary to deliver the service. Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the legal retention periods stipulated by applicable law; thereafter it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, rectification or erasure, to object to processing, and to exercise the other rights set out in the legislation.
