Parquet & SPC Flooring Tooling

We supply diamond cutting tools for every stage of parquet, SPC and laminate production from a single source.

In flooring production, quality depends on the precision of the tongue-and-groove profiles, clean edges and tool life. Each process step therefore uses diamond (PCD) tools in a dedicated geometry.

We offer the full range — panel pre-cut and tongue knives, mother-groove profile knives, 1+1 / 2+2 / 3+3 diamond spiral cutters, forming cutters, pre-milling cutters ahead of edge banding, and pre-cutters.

We recommend the right tooth count and geometry for your line and material, delivering clean cuts and high throughput.

How to select tooling for parquet & SPC production

The steps to select the right diamond tooling for clean joints, long life and high throughput in flooring production.

  1. 1

Identify the material and product type

Determine whether you produce SPC, laminate or multilayer solid wood; material abrasiveness is the starting point for tool choice. Abrasive materials require diamond (PCD) tooling.

  2. 2

Map each process step to a tool

Use separately optimised tools for panel pre-cut, groove profile, tongue, diamond spiral milling and pre-milling ahead of edge banding.

  3. 3

Choose joint geometry and tooth count

For a tight, clean joint set the profile geometry and tooth count (e.g. 1+1 / 2+2 / 3+3 diamond spiral) to your line and the required surface finish.

  4. 4

    Plan life and sharpening

Diamond tools can be re-sharpened many times; set a sharpening interval based on material abrasiveness and feed rate to lower total tooling cost.
